I had a great time while in the CNA course with professor Nina. Her teaching helped me pass all my exams. The overall experience was Good, this is a great place to learn, feel included. I really want send  somes ✨✨ ✨ for SELENA , Girl was soooo nice, always find a way to help, listen and try to respond to student need. Specially give me discounts...🤩 Selena was nice to me Professor Nina was a great instructor that provided helpful information for both practical and on the job knowledge. Also, in the office Selena and Jessina were extremely helpful and accommodating they made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions Amazing course and teachers When I tell you Ms.Torres is an absolute Gem. She carried this class with such grace.\nShe was super informative, fun, and made the class feel comfortable. She began the class every single day with positivity and I never seen an ounce of stress.\nWhen I tell you Siri was able to pick up her voice!! The articulation, the vocab the confidence, the knowledge is undeniable. She is such a motivation, she is the reason I feel so sure about continuing my  education especially now being a licensed phlebotomist!!! Thank you Ms.T Honestly i was hesitant because i moved upstate for a month to come here. My brother recommended it to me and it’s been the best experience ever! Ms. T teaching phlebotomy was the best! The class was fun, she was super patient and has great teaching methods that I’ll never forget! She’s very educated in her content and knows how to make things fun!  Definitely wanna come back to take EKG with Ms. T, she’s the instructor to go to! I love phlebotomy and my class! Wouldn’t have wanted my experience to go any other way. :) Really enjoyed learning phlebotomy with Ms Emily ! I am currently taking the phlebotomy class and my instructor Ms.Torres has made this whole experience very easy. She has very good teaching methods and was always very helpful whenever I needed her. I really enjoyed taking this course with her. Currently attending this school to get my Certification in Phlebotomy. My Phlebotomy teacher is Ms. Torres she is absolutely amazing. Her teaching methods are straight to the point and easy to understand. She is the reason I was able to complete this class her energy and passion for phlebotomy has made me even more motivated and has made me want to engage and show up every day, when ever there was a moment I didn’t understand something she has no problem going over it again, breaking it down and explaining it in a more understanding way. Will definitely be attending again for my EKG certification if I can have Ms. Torres again as my teacher she's truly amazing. Great experience here in the city. Our instructor, Ms. Torres was very educated on the subject which you can tell by her methods and answers to questions about phlebotomy. The environment is clean and quiet which great especially when we’re doing clinical practice. I would recommend this to anyone searching for a reliable place to began their career. I’m really looking forward to completing my EKG and fingers crossed I get Ms Torres!!! I took the March Phlebotomy course, and my instructor was Ms.Emily Torres and I have nothing but good things to say about this class. Although it was fast-paced, she explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure that we were all on the same page before moving on. I passed my final exam with a 90%, and I would recommend her as an instructor to anyone wanting to take this class :) I’m really happy with my phlebotomy learning experience on TIA!  Professor Tornabene is an AMAZING instructor. She was so nice and help us all with the venipuncture skills. Im so thankful for her lessons. I recently attended a phlebotomy class, and it was an absolute game-changer. The  school was very easy to navigate and the environment was conducive for learning. My instructor ( Samuel Santiago) )presented the material not only clear and informative but also engaging and interactive. His passion for the subject was contagious, and it helped me grasp complex concepts with ease. My instructor was patient, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone understood the lesson, which made me pass the course with distinction. I left the class feeling inspired and empowered, thanks to their exceptional teaching style. Highly recommend the school to anyone looking to deepen their understanding and enjoy the learning process. TIA have two great teachers, Mr Santiago and Ms Torres. I did Phlebotomy with Mr Santiago and he is very knowledgeable, Ms Torres was very patient and resourceful in her EKG class Good experience Affordable and good quality! I did  phlebotomy and my teacher Mr Santiago was amazing . Go for it I had a great experience here, definitely recommend this school The phlebotomy class was great. Dr. Santiago was an amazing teacher he knew what he was talking about and was very concerned about making sure the students learned the proper procedures and guidelines to follow as a phlebotomist. I highly recommend taking Dr. Santiago’s class and TIA in general. Tia in general is very educative school, you get to learn details during lectures. i took the phlebotomy course and Mr Santiago is a very great teacher, he takes his time to explain well. his teaching in general is a 100. i would recommend taking his class. he makes sure everyone understands the course and he played a good role in passing my course. We got displaced due to a fire. We were scared, confused and tired. We really appreciate the good people that took or information when we got displaced due to a fire. The gentleman even asked me the name of my cats while we were waiting for the firefighters to put out the fire. I was so worried about if they would be able to stop the fire before it made it to our apartment. They were even able to find us a hotel that was pet friendly. They followed up with us when we needed an extension from the city at the hotel. Thank you to Christan for all of her kindness and patience. People were angry and just as stressed as we were. Christian explained things to us and we understood what The Red Cross does. She called to follow up with us. We appreciate her so, so, so much and are thankful for sitting with her that day. We appreciate The Red Cross for being so caring and empathy. Even Though I Heard Some Good & Very Bad Things Over The Years. My Very First Interaction With Them Was Back In 2012 After Sandy Hit Far Rock Away And They Came Out With Assistance Giving Out Foods And Other Materials. Okay Grant, Flash-forward 11yrs. Later My Very First Time As a Client With Need's Of Assistant And Where Do I Begin. 😮‍💨😈 First Let's Start With The Fact That I Went Thru A Recently Vacated By The City Inspection Who Told Me There Was ✌🏽 Options And One of Them Is Getting In Touch With RED CROSS. When They Did It Was 11PM At Night With A Text Message Referring Me To Stay In A Hotel For 48 Hours And A Caseworker Will Reach Out Before Check Out Time At 11AM. And They Never Did, Not Too Mention That I've Called a Day In Advance And The Worker Said In Touch With Me But It Never Happened I Called For Hours. No Could Even Tell Me The Next Step I Was Left To Sleep Outside After Check Out. It Wasn't Until I Contact HPD, They Wanted To Do Their Job RED CROSS.
